About Tiffany

Words are what helped Tiffany survive her childhood. At first it was little her hiding under the covers to finish multiple books she brought home. Or her using her words to create songs about wanted to go outside when it was raining. Violence and abuse seem to follow Tiffany and words were her escape to a happier carefree place.

“Embrace what makes you unique, even if it makes others uncomfortable. I didn’t have to become perfect because I’ve learned throughout my journey that perfection is the enemy of greatness.”

-Janelle Monae, Singer, Rapper, and Actress

When another type of abuse was introduced to her life as a teenager, words became her therapy. An art therapist taught her how to use her words to write about the things that hurt her and how other people had hurt her. Write about the things that bothered her, and to write out her dreams.

Journaling soon turned into poetry and eventually into novels and scripts. But how could she use this to create a career path that was fulfilling.

Fun fact about Tiffany… she has worked in almost every industry and almost every type of job. From banking, to education, to tech, to customer service, to merchandising and more.

“When I liberate myself, I liberate others. If you don’t speak out ain’t nobody going to speak out for you.”

Fannie Lou Hamer, Civil Rights Activist

Taking her love for words, Tiffany discovered how she could take those words and create a career path for herself. She went back to school after 4 kids, a failed marriage and a clear path to start over. She eventually graduated from Full Sail University with a BFA in Creative Writing (for Entertainment). Where she learned how to write in every genre, and every style including comic book writing, game writing, tv writing and writing for the media.

She didn’t stop there; she received a certificate in Media Relations, and then she started her master’s in digital marketing but eventually changed majors to Public Relations. This takes her path of writing to expand into communications, where storytelling truly takes off. Think of the brand storytelling with major brands like Apple, Dove and Nike.

Let Tiffany help bring your brand and stories to life. Marketing and PR can be tricky for those who are busy creating, and that’s where she fits in best.
